Our Private Gatherings* are designed for large parties, and include a brief introductory cooking class and a seasonal, seven-course meal with a Burgundian wine pairing. Guests assist in the preparation of the menu by learning to make traditional gougères, or perhaps helping to put the finishing touches on the perfect French dessert. After the brief cooking session, guests enjoy a convivial dining experience in our third floor dining room. Our zinc table is set with vintage French linens and flatware, crystal stemware, and plenty of fresh flowers. As the sun sets, candles are lit and guests are offered a glass of chilled bubbly, along with an apéritif to begin the meal. The menu is market-inspired, based on the season’s offerings, and includes a local cheese course and wine pairing. A minimum of ten guests is required.
