A one-of-a-kind set. Available in 2 sizes. (39 cm which can accommodate a roast or poultry up to 8 to 10 kilos with a skewer size of 68 cm OR 45 cm which can accommodate a roast or poultry up to 10 to 12 kilos with a skewer size of 85 cm) The copper pan measures approximately 56 cm and is made of copper and hand forged steel.

Made of cast iron, brass, and bronze. Includes the main winding mechanism, skewer, support stand and a beautifully hand-hammered copper tray to catch the drippings. The pan can also be used as a roasting pan for vegetables and potatoes. Handmade, artisanal, modern but with a vintage feel, these authentic rôtissoires are easy to use and perfect for indoor or outdoor use. The winding mechanism, similar to a clock, rotates for 45 minutes after being turned by hand for 40 complete turns before needing to be rewound for an additional 45 minute cycle. An internal chime indicates when it is ready to be reset for the next turn.
